TIPS FOR TESTING
Arrive early so that you are mentally focused and not stressed about being late or rushed. This will also give you time to get loosened up and stretch out before the testing begins.
Wear your full uniform with patches (no t-shirts, even in the summer). Make sure you wash and iron your gi if needed.
Bring all of your equipment with you including all weapons and all required sparring gear.
Relax! You've been training very hard to prepare for your testing. Believe in what you know and give it 100%!
