Karate - A Samurai Martial Arts karate seminar will focus on technique, self-defense, and the practical application of martial art techniques.

 

Ground Self-Defense - Learn how to first, avoid the takedown, then defend yourself from the ground position.

 

Women's Self-Defense - Learn to recognize and avoid conflict and dangerous situations. You will learn to defend yourself in many real-life situations.
